[Quality Issues]

Quality issues scope:
1. The warehouse sent the wrong product, color, or size
2. All products of our company come with actual product photos, please refer to the actual photos; color differences are not considered quality issues!
A size error of about 2cm is within the normal range and is not a quality issue!
4. If the item is signed for without inspection or signed for by someone else, and the item is damaged during courier transportation, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost for an exchange!
For quality issues, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the goods to register for resolution, providing clear photos of the problem for after-sales verification!
